Waste Warrior is a food inventory and waste tracking application developed by KindKode, an Australian-based app developer. The app helps you track food items, monitor expiry dates, reduce household food waste, and understand your consumption habits.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Waste Warrior. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you should have your parent or guardian's permission.
Waste Warrior does not require you to create an account. During onboarding, we ask for your name to personalise your experience. This is stored locally on your device only. You are responsible for keeping your device secure.

We reserve the right to adjust the features included in each tier with reasonable notice to users.
Premium subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, depending on your device. By subscribing, you agree to the payment terms of those platforms.
A portion of KindKode's profits from Waste Warrior subscriptions is donated to charitable organisations focused on reducing food insecurity. KindKode publishes an annual transparency report on kindkode.com detailing the total amount donated and the charitable organisations supported. KindKode reserves the right to adjust donation amounts and partner organisations over time.
You agree to use Waste Warrior only for its intended personal, non-commercial purpose. You must not:

All content, design, code, and branding within Waste Warrior is the property of KindKode. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
Waste Warrior is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or perfectly accurate. Food expiry information is provided as a guide only — always use your own judgement when assessing food safety.
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, KindKode will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Waste Warrior. Our total liability to you will not exceed the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months preceding any claim.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. For significant changes, we will notify you within the app.
These Terms are governed by the laws of South Australia, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Australia.
